Aldershot Schools hosted a ‘Be Well’ event on May 30th at Aldershot High School. There was lots to see and do with more than 30 community partners offering entertainment, fun educational activities and some giveaways.
Trident Catering served a delicious and healthy free dinner to all; chicken shawarma, rice, salad, curried chick peas, pita, and plenty more. Glenview Choir performed in the auditorium and Aldershot Students displayed their talents onstage. There were several Spotlight Speakers offering presentations on vaping, neuroplasticity and stress in youth. There were skipping demos by the Jumping Mavericks, a bucket drumming workshop by Crash Rhythm and Fitness demos by Family Fitness Circuit.
