On May 25, 26 and 27th, Ontario held Carassauga, Mississauga’s largest multicultural festival. Once inside a Pavilion, visitors were surrounded by the sights, sounds, and tastes of the country they were visiting. Each Pavilion depicted the culture of the country of origin and provided a line-up of entertainment that was offered throughout the three days. Interactive entertainment, including dance classes and performances, storytelling, skits, fashions shows, games, music, theatre, and film allowed each visitor the opportunity to create their own personal idea of a “great” time.
