1. GO SEE ICE ART
Icefest is a free event on February 25th and 26th. (Check date closer to event) Walk around the “village” to see all the amazing craftsmanship made out of 20,000lbs of ice.
2. GO SKATING
Roller blading and ice skating are both ways to get active on a first or 100th date.
3. WINE/FOOD TASTING
Some restaurants have great tasting menu’s and wine pairings. You will have to do a bit of research beforehand.
4. BOARD GAME CAFÉ
Sit down in a cozy booth in a café and play some board games. A great way to bond over childhood memories while sipping on your favourite latte.
5. CHEER ON THE HOME TEAM
Hockey teams like the Toronto Marlies or Mississauga Steelheads have the potential NHL players of tomorrow and are just as exciting as watching a professional game. Tickets are fairly inexpensive so you can stay within budget while spending quality time with each other!
